What does it mean to focus on living? It’s a shift from caring about possessions and status and goals and beautiful things … to caring about actual life. today in yoga we meditated about getting past the “self” that is the person we portray ourselves as in person and anywhere else (ex. internet) in order to observe and face the Self that is who we actually are. it’s fascinating. you all actually don’t know who i am at all and that is such a beautiful thing… wow.
