a: Enfant terrible Harmony Korine makes a bizarre, idiosyncratic directing debut with his uncompromising look at youth alientaion in Middle-America, whose downbeat tone and off-putting imagery should appeal to small minority of viewers.
b: Well people that take interest in what percentage of viewers a movie will appeal to will not like this movie either.

It’s such a double edged sword; being lonely and wanting to be with people, but when you’re actually with people you feel lonely and like you can’t connect. It’s sad. I don’t like it.
